Here you will find all the important information about your stay with us at the Haus am Lift – from the deposit to the small extras.
– Up to 90 days before arrival: free cancellation. The deposit will be refunded.
– 89–30 days before arrival: 30% of the total price
– 29–7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
– From 7 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90% of the total price
Cancellation conditions may vary depending on the package.
We accept the following payment methods:
Bank transfer, credit card, cash payment.
After successful booking, we kindly ask for a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Please note that the deposit can only be paid by bank transfer.
Dogs (except fighting dog breeds) are very welcome at our property. We charge a one-time additional final cleaning fee of € 50.00.
We are happy to provide a baby cot (up to 3 years) or an extra bed upon request. The baby cot is available free of charge; for the extra bed, we charge an additional € 25.00 per day.
Bed linen and towels are provided free of charge.
We are happy to offer a bread roll delivery service right to your apartment door. Bread rolls are available for an additional charge. Your bread rolls will be delivered to your apartment door by 6:45 a.m. at the latest.
Check-in: from 4:00 pm.
Check-out: by 10:00 am.
Earlier check-in or later check-out is possible subject to availability. We can store your luggage, and you are also welcome to use the changing room.
We have plenty of free parking spaces for our guests directly in front of our house.
